HOMILY FOR TUESDAY: 5TH WEEK OF EASTER

Acts 14:19-28; Psalm 145; John 14:27-31

In the first reading Paul and Barnabas though suffering continued to preach. What can separate us from the love of God? In the gospel, Jesus says do not be afraid. A man who fears suffering is already suffering from what he fears. Lord let your peace reign in our hearts.

Let us pray

Act of Contrition

O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended Thee, and I detest all my sins because of thy just punishments, but most of all because they offend Thee, my God, who art all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve with the help of Thy grace to sin no more and to avoid the near occasion of sin. Amen.

Act of Spiritual Communion

My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen.

You really make it seem really easy with your presentation however I to find this topic to be really something that I believe
I might never understand. It kind of feels too complex and very wide for
me. I am having a look ahead in your next put up, I’ll attempt to get the
    hang of it!
