Hebrews 10:11-18; Psalm 111; Mark 4:1-20
Today’s gospel presents us with the parable of the sower whose seed fell in various places. The seed is the Word of God and the soil is the heart. This parable tells us how soil conditions can affect growth. Thus, the condition of one’s heart determines the spiritual growth of his life. We are called to be like the good soil that guarantees production and fruitfulness.
Prayer
Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death, Amen.
