DAY ONE
Matt.13:23 “But the seed falling on good soil refers to someone who hears the word and understands it. This is the one who produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.”
Meditation
Like seeds the word of God is spread across the world, it grows, and provides us with spiritual nourishment. However, when it comes to farming as the parable of the sower presents to us, there are factors that determine positive growth. This parable does not say much about the quality of the seed or what the sower did but more of the soil. Therefore, it may be regarded as the parable of the soil or the Parable of the Four Soils. This is a parable that tells us how soil conditions can affect growth. The seed is the Word of God and the soil is the heart. So soils here shall refer to the four kinds of hearts and their spiritual results. We shall be exploring these hearts during this novena.

O Lord, endue me with spiritual strength to be a doer of your word, perfect your plan and purpose in me. Enrich me with supernatural wisdom in all utterance and knowledge in Jesus name.

Father Lord, let Christ dwell in my heart by faith, and let the love of Christ in me bear fruits. Let me be rooted and grounded in love of Christ, in Jesus’ name.
O Lord, perfect what is lacking in my life, let your strength be continually made manifest in my weaknesses. Father, help me comprehend the breadth, length, depth and height of the love of Christ Jesus and cause me to walk in that love everyday in Jesus name
