THEME:
REBUILDING THE BROKEN WALLS
Nehemiah 4:1
“when Sanballat heard that we were building the wall, he was angry and greatly enraged, and he mocked the Jews.”
MEDITATION
Beloved, if we must rebuild our broken walls today the third thing we must ready to face opposition
We must be ready to face opposition: In Neh.4:1 the Bible says “when Sanballat heard that we were building the wall, he was angry and greatly enraged, and he mocked the Jews.” No good idea goes unopposed! In verse 7and 8 the bible says when they heard that they were repairing the walls and were making progress Sanballat and his people were very angry and they plotted together to come and fight against Jerusalem and to cause confusion in it. In Verse 9 the Bible says Nehemiah and his people prayed and set a guard as a protection against them day and night. Beloved, there are people who don’t want to see you making progress; they are happy when you are broke; they are happy when you fall. So the very moment you decide to rise they become angry and use every means to thwart the process. But you know what; we shall not give up Micah 7:8 Rejoice not over me oh my enemy; for if I fall I shall arise, when I sit in darkness the Lord shall be my light. We must be ready for opposition, Exd.23:22 God says I will be an enemy to your enemies and a foe to your foes. Ps.35:1 says “Oppose those who oppose me, Lord, and fight those who fight against me!” In this generation if we must succeed we must be ready to face opposition, men of old had oppositions; in the New Testament greatness was based on ability to face persecution and prevail. The apostles were opposed in all corners! Acts 7:51-52 says “You stubborn people, with uncircumcised hearts and ears! You are always resisting the Holy Spirit, like your ancestors did! Which of the prophets did your ancestors not persecute? They killed those who foretold long ago the coming of the Righteous One, whose betrayers and murderers you have now become! Sir.2:1 says “My son, if you come forward to serve the Lord, prepare yourself for temptation. Set your heart right and be steadfast, and do not and do not be hasty in time of calamity. We must be ready to face persecution. When these persecutions come don’t look at your situation but look at your revelation.

6 Intercessory Prayers: (Make this prayer personal)
Everyone who has dug a pit for you shall fall into it in Jesus name!!! Child of God, enemies of progress are real, they are those that openly laugh with you but in the secret the attempt to resist your progress. Enemies of progress are those who are comfortable with you as long as you are not making headway in life, but becomes uncomfortable once you start showing signs of success. By the reason of this prayer the Lord will prepare a table for you in the presence of your enemies.
Every Christian that must overcome must be prayerful, the world we live in is full of wickedness, it takes the force of prayer to make the wickedness of the wicked fall back on their heads and so shall it be in Jesus’ name.
Let every satanic human agent standing on the way of my breakthroughs, clear away now , in Jesus’ name. I command every anti-progress friend around me to be exposed and cleared out of my life, in the name of Jesus.
Let every spell and enchantments directed against my progress turn against its owner, and I overrule every demonic decision made against my progress, in the name of Jesus.
I pray for the spirit of generosity and honesty, Lord let your grace take me to a higher level and higher ground in faith and in destiny in the name of Jesus.
7 Memory verse: Micah 7:8
Rejoice not over me, O my enemy; when I fall, I shall rise; when I sit in darkness, the Lord will be a light to me.
