DEAR YOUTH
Ecclesiastes 11:9-12:8; Psalm 90; Luke 9:43-45
Enjoy your youth, but remember that you will give an account of your life to God. Youth is a gift filled with opportunities, but it is also a time to build your future. Do not waste your strength on things you will later regret. Remember: “Whatever a man sows, that he will also reap” (Gal 6:7).
Life is short and unpredictable. As we grow older, responsibilities increase while strength may decrease. Therefore, let Christ’s words sink into your heart and guide your choices. Change bad behaviours, forgive others and yourself, make wise decisions, help others, and keep your faith strong. Do not spend your youth only enjoying life; spend it preparing for eternity.
LET US PRAY
Father, give young people courage, wisdom, humility, and strength to navigate life faithfully. May we listen to Christ and live wisely. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
